Next, we will embark on a visit to  Tsangarides Winery, where you can indulge in a guided tour of the facilities and sample some delectable traditional Cypriot wines.
Our journey then takes us to the mountain village of Polemi, where a delightful lunch awaits you in the serene courtyard of Metochi Monastery.

Afterward, we will venture to the remarkable Saint Neophytos Monastery, home to the incredible “Enkleistra” – an awe-inspiring enclosure carved into the mountainside during the 12th century by the hermit Neophytos. Marvel at the exquisite Byzantine frescoes that adorn this sacred place. The monastery’s main church, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, was built approximately two centuries after St. Neophytos’ passing.
