For accommodation or part thereof cancelled less than three days 72 hours or less prior to the arrival of the guest, the guest agrees to pay the Hotel cancellation charges amounting to the value of 3 nights of the reserved accommodation in guestrooms, or 50% of the accommodation suites or types, cancelled on a Bed & Breakfast basis. In case of no-shows, or unexpected departures, the full stay amount of the booked but unused accommodation will be charged on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
