Flavours of Cyprus

You will be picked up from your centrally located hotel in Ayia Napa, Protaras or Larnaca town. Your first stop will be Oros Machaira where you will learn about the honey making process as well as tasting honey and honey pie.

Hop back on board and head to Agors where your will visit a rose and sweet factory and learn more about the cultivation of roses and rose products. Sample some meat products at the local shop.

You will then head to a small village for a delicious lunch at a local tavern. In the afternoon, you will visit a local winery where you will taste some Cyprus wines.

Famagusta & Beach

You will be picked up from your centrally located hotel in Ayia Napa or Protaras area and cross the UN-patrolled border into northern Cyprus. Sit back and enjoy the views as you are passing by the “Ghost Town” on your way to Famagusta old town.

Along the way, your guide will tell you all the interesting facts and tales of the historic port city of Famagusta. Once in the old town of Famagusta, you will have the opportunity to visit the impressive Latin Cathedral of St. Nicholas and have some free time to stroll around.

Hop back in the air-conditioned bus and head to Constantia Beach where you will have lunch (lunch box + drink) and some free time for swimming.

Famagusta

Cross the UN-patrolled border into northern Cyprus and visit some of the north’s most famous historical sites. The first stop of this day trip is Salamis Archaeological Site, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea from Cyprus’s east coast.

Salamis was the most brilliant ancient city in Cyprus and the capital of the island for more than a thousand years. The archaeological site of Salamis, culture and history is considered as one of the most important not just in Cyprus but also in the Mediterranean Sea. Then head to and Visit the St Barnabas church and tomb. This day tour continues with lunch and a short walk at Constantia Beach. In the afternoon you will visit the Latin Cathedral of St Nicholas and Othello Tower (no visit inside).

Before heading back, enjoy some free time in the old town of Famagusta and take in the panoramic view of the ghost town. The once-bustling holiday resort was abandoned during the Turkish invasion of 1974 and has remained sealed behind barbed wire barricades ever since.

Wine Tour – Omodos

Your private tour starts with a visit to Ktima Gerolemo winery, located near the village of Omodos in the Limassol region. You will be guided through a modern family winery and introduced to the principles of organic cultivation of the vine and the “secrets” of wine.

Following the winery tour, you will have the opportunity to taste the wines served with snacks while enjoying spectacular views of the valley and the vineyards.

We then head off to Omodos, with its cobbled square, old stone-built houses, a Medieval wine press and the monastery of Timios Stavros (Holy Cross), with its old icons and impressive woodcarvings with lunch then served at a local tavern (Kyr Yiannis)

Our next stop is at Archimadrita village, where you will visit the newly established boutique family winery committed to producing wines of the highest calibre. Guided through the winery, you will have the opportunity to do some wine tasting while enjoying spectacular views of the valley.

Nicosia

Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus, finds out about the turbulent history of one of the world’s last divided cities. Arriving in the south part of Nicosia, your guide will show and give you all the interesting facts about this town.

Discover the Liberty Monument and the Cathedral of St John located in the centre of the old town of Nicosia. Despite its modest exterior, the interior of The Cathedral of St John will take you by surprise. You’ll be taken on a walking tour through the partially car-free old town within the Venetian Walls and visit Leventis Museum.

Ample free time will be provided for shopping or for lunch.

Akrotiri Snorkelling Trip

Enjoy a half-day out on the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea on this Akrotiri Peninsula Snorkelling Cruise.

After pick up from your centrally located hotel in Limassol, you will be transferred to the port where the necessary equipment will be set up and you will receive a snorkeling briefing. Pull out of the marina and cruise along the Limassol coastline towards Akrotiri Peninsula.

During your stop at the first snorkeling location, enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea and admire the natural scenery of the Limassol coastline. Hop back on board the boat to sail to your second snorkeling location.

Your second snorkeling stop is the popular Limassol Akrotiri Fish Reserve. A fantastic location for snorkelers that offers a fascinating opportunity to interact with local marine life such as groupers, moray eels, bream, bass and admire the octopus. Also, you will be able to see the sunken helicopter, cannon, and fire engine.

Back on board, relax, and soak up the sun as the boat returns to the marina in Limassol where your snorkeling cruise ends.
